𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲: A small-time pool hustler with a reckless attitude (but a lot of talent) challenges a renowned billiards champion to a high-stakes game, resulting in a humiliating defeat. In an effort to regain his confidence, he enlists the help of a cutthroat manager to reclaim his former glory, even if it costs him his soul. Paul Newman delivers a captivating performance in this morally complex sports drama. Also starring Jackie Gleason, Piper Laurie, and George C. Scott.
